Rooms and exterior decor are all pleasant, green housekeeping service that is optional, in room coffee (I hate having to schlep down to the lobby &/or breakfast area to get that first cup of coffee). Freeways, state hwys and restaurants in close proximity. The manager and front desk were very pleasant. The sheets,towels and room are very clean. I give it a full five. It's not pretentious and offers simpler details than fancier hotels, but I like it simple. Days Inn by Wyndham does what it does very well. Safe. Clean. Simple but details are paid attention to, quietly and swiftly.
My rating is based on value for price. The room was clean and no bedbugs. Probably on a long trip the most important part for me. The price was incredible under $60 for one night stay is rare to find, but rare to find one with a clean room. My stay was comfortable no noise clean room. What more could you ask for at this incredible value. Don’t expect a four star hotel because this is really a small motel but if you just wanna close your eyes and rest on your long journey on a clean bed, this is definitely the place to stay in this area.
Great place to unwind and take a load off. Clean and comfy room! Breakfast was delicious! Close to Lake McConaughey! Affordable prices. Electric features included! The bell hop wasn't fluent in English, but he was a fun guy to practice sign language with. From his point of view, I wasn't hindi fluent. 'Always look on the bright side of life.'
I wish I could give more stars because it would be 10+. I enjoyed our stay and was delighted by the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff were wonderful, rooms were very clean and roomy. I currently still here and I really hate to leave because I always wonder on our next stop for work will it be as nice as this one. If you in the area and need a comfortable and inviting place to stay by all means stop at Days inn in Ogallala NE you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for the pleasurable stay. If back in the area would definitely stay again.
We brought our 2 dogs without issue. We were given a room on the first floor and had super convenient access to the exit near our car. Staff was super accommodating and the waffles for breakfast are great. There's also a little pond and playground behind the hotel. Great little stay in Ogallala!

Fantastic hotel at a fantastic price. The owners take incredibly good care of the guests and the property. Rooms are immaculate, everything works, amazing beds, great breakfast! If you have to travel I80 through Nebraska, stay here, you wont regret it!
We were pleasantly surprised, this hotel is very clean, well maintained and freshly painted. The King size bed is very comfortable and the bedding is immaculate. My husband knows I am pretty picky so he is relieved lol. The bathroom is clean and everything works. Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend, good value for the money.
